Overseas Consultants was established in the year 1996, with an initial aim to assist students to obtain proper opportunities for higher studies in foreign universities and institutes. But with the pace of time, Overseas Consultants grew its wings and ventured in Foreign Collaboration and Tie Ups with Universities and Institutes, Promotion, Marketing and Branding for International and Indian Institutes and started its own campus activity in the field of Engineering, Animation, Hospitality, Business Management and IT Institutes.
Co-founded by Mr. Asish Pandit along with Mr B. Ghosh, Overseas Consultants has successfully served the Education industry for last 3 decades. Following the untimely demise of co-founder Mr. B. Ghosh, Overseas Consultants has continued to grow under the leadership of Mr. Pandit, playing a pivotal role in strengthening the organization's reputation and establishing its brand presence in the education sector across the globe.
It has represented renowned Universities from various fields of Engineering, Animation, Hospitality, Business Management and IT Institutes from Australia, New Zealand, UK, USA, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Canada as well as India. Overseas Consultant has been instrumental for promoting Australian Education, especially South Australia through inter exchanging of students for various institutes.
It has been one of the recognized marketing agents by TAFE, South Australia and has opened 15 centers in India in collaboration with the Australian Government. Overseas Consultant has also represented Cambridge Board of India in the year 2004-2005 by Mr. Pandit. He was appointed as an Inspector for evaluation of new schools- infrastructure and academic wise for giving affiliation of Cambridge Board.
In 2009, Ashish Pandit founded OC Consultants Private Limited and the company also operates under the shortened brand name Overseas Consultants.

A banker turned consultant, Ashis Pandit, has 30 years of experience and expertise in leading several successful businesses. He founded Overseas Consultants to assist students to obtain proper opportunities for higher studies in foreign universities and institutes. He is serving as the CEO of Overseas Consultants (registered as OC Consultants Private Limited) since its inception, and is in charge of assisting clients with his strong management and consulting skills.

Binita Pandit | Director
A Political Science graduate and an MBA in Human Resources with PG Diploma in Event Management, Binita Pandit, joined Overseas Consultants (registered as OC Consultants Private Limited) as a director in 2009. She is currently in charge of maintaining public relations, developing media relations and marketing communications strategies.
